Senior Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Technical Writer / Documentation Specialist to lead and evolve our documentation function at Readymode, a rapidly growing SaaS company.

Requirements

• Develop user guides, API documentation, release notes, tutorials, and training materials for new product features
• Lead the full documentation lifecycle, from planning and content development through publication and maintenance
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy
• Define and enforce documentation standards, templates, and style guidelines to ensure consistency
• Maintain and update content in documentation systems (MadCap Flare, DITA) and version control (Git, GitLab)
• Drive continuous improvements in documentation structure, usability, and delivery
• Create onboarding and training materials for internal and external users
• Participate in Agile development processes
