Coaching Specialist

The Coaching Specialist will advance student literacy and numeracy outcomes by providing expert coaching, on-site technical support, and data-driven guidance within Ampact Education program models. This role involves fidelity checks, implementation support for school staff, and data-based decision-making to maximize student positive outcomes. The Specialist collaborates with school partners to build schedules and resources for targeted intervention.

Requirements

• Provide technical coaching to tutors at assigned schools.
• Review program data and create action plans to optimize program impact.
• Facilitate positive relationships with partnering sites.
