Head of Legal

Re7 Capital is a London-based crypto-asset investment firm hiring a Head of Legal to lead legal, regulatory, and operational activities across the firm. The role involves managing regulatory licensing, compliance, commercial structuring, and strategic execution across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of legal and operations experience within crypto, asset management or financial services
• Appreciation of digital assets and crypto-native legal frameworks
• Qualified lawyer or equivalent experience in a senior legal function
• Strong understanding of financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions (e.g. FCA, SEC, MiCA, offshore fund regimes)
• Proven experience managing legal entity structuring, fund governance, and cross-border operations
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and IP protection
• Experience working with external counsel and regulators
