Commercial Counsel

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Legal team as a Commercial Counsel. The role will involve drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, technology agreements, and other legal documents. The ideal candidate will have a JD and at least 5 years of law firm or in-house experience, with experience in government contracts and international trade being a plus.

Requirements

• JD required
• Minimum 5 years' law firm or in-house experience post-bar admission
• Large law firm experience preferred
• Experience with government contracts and knowledge of FAR/DFARS and other relevant government contracting rules and regulations a plus
• Experience with export compliance and international trade a plus
