We're looking for a Junior Backend Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails to develop new features, maintain and monitor production systems, and participate in team ceremonies and deliveries.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Ruby on Rails and previous experience in code delivery
• Familiarity with object-oriented concepts
• Knowledge of some backend programming language
• Ability to write tested code and with observability
• Good communication (verbal and written), especially in remote context
• Technical curiosity and openness to learn from more experienced people
• Commitment to quality and security of deliveries, even in simple tasks
