Collections Account Manager-Bilingual (Spanish/English)

The Collections Account Manager is responsible for collecting outstanding balances on various Ritchie Brothers platforms, monitoring and resolving outstanding accounts, and prioritizing collections of accounts within the team.

Requirements

• Early-stage collections on commercial and consumer accounts
• Prioritizing collections of accounts within the team
• Identifying process gaps and recommending solutions
• Problem solving and negotiating with customers on payment timelines and default fees
• Tracking and reporting on work queue results
