Chief Growth Officer (all genders)

Ray Sono is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to shape their entrepreneurial future and drive significant growth. The role involves advising C-level contacts, achieving growth targets, acquiring new customers, and developing key accounts. The CGO will also develop and implement growth/marketing & communications strategies, lead Client & Business Development and Marketing & Communications units, and represent the company at industry events. Ray Sono aims to unleash digital potential for industry leaders and create sustainable growth through effective digital solutions.

Requirements

• Min. 2 - 3 positions in a similar role
• Experience in Sales, Client/Account Management, or project management in the digital consulting/agency environment
• Proven successes in Sales
• Extensive experience in marketing digital projects and products
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to implement complex growth strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level
• Strong network in one or more of the following industries: Industry, Logistics, Pharma, Mechanical Engineering
• Proven success in building and leading high-performance teams
• Outstanding presentation and moderation skills
• German and English at a fluent (C2) level
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Higher level of initiative and assertiveness
• Analytical and structured working style
