The Regional Sales Director is responsible for managing and growing sales volume through management of the company’s sales team and development of the partner network within multi-state territories.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capability
- Ability to work in cross functional, team oriented, and results driven organization
- Self starter, detail oriented and able to work independently
- 5 - 7 years of previous sales, sales management or business development experience
- 2 - 3 years supervisory experience
- Previous culinary experience or strong interest in cooking
- Experience with small chain or national account management
- Skilled in the presentation of technically sophisticated manufactured goods
- Excellent computer skills (Outlook, SIEBEL (or other CRM system), Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Map Point, Salesforce)
