We are looking for a Performance & Insights Manager (Revenue Operations Manager) to be the architect of our revenue engine. This is an exciting role requiring a mix of technical CRM ownership, data integrity, and high-level commercial analysis. You will break down silos between Marketing, Sales, and Finance to create a single source of truth and move our reporting from manual Excel exports to automated, insightful dashboards that drive global strategy.
Requirements
- Own the HubSpot environment and optimize workflows, lead scoring, and automated hand-offs between Marketing, Sales, and CS
- Partner with Finance to bridge the gap between CRM data (HubSpot) and our data warehouse (Snowflake)
- Move beyond "what happened" to "why it happened" and build dashboards that track Pipeline Velocity, CAC Payback, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
- Audit our current sales process to remove friction and ensure the team is spending more time selling and less time doing manual data entry
- Global Alignment: Work with our US and ANZ teams to ensure global reporting consistency
- Tech Stack Evolution: Evaluate and manage the reporting tech stack to ensure it scales with the business
- Organic vs. Inorganic Revenue: Partner with the Engineering team to solve data flow issues and provide 100% clarity on organic revenue performance
- Commission Strategy: Inform and refine sales commission plans to ensure they are driving the correct behaviours and aligning with company-wide ARR goals
- Onboarding & Training: Lead the enablement of new staff on HubSpot, ensuring "data-first" behaviours are baked into the culture from day one
