Veterinary Technician

Hotham Veterinary Services is hiring a Veterinary Technician to join their team at their Presque Isle office. The role involves providing compassionate care to patients and clients, preparing exam rooms and treatment areas, and assisting veterinarians in medical, surgical, and dental procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT) or License (LVT) is highly desirable
• Surgical, dental, and laser skills are appreciated, but not required
• Genuinely enjoys working with animals and can deal with them even when they are stressed, ill, or in pain
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Strong work ethic and track record of being reliable
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
