Job Description
RapidSOS is revolutionizing emergency response by leveraging data to connect life-saving information to emergency responders in 600 million+ connected devices. They are seeking an AI Senior Software Engineer to build high-quality software to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their emergency call center, improving response times and outcomes. The role involves developing AI-driven solutions to improve call center efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with leveraging modern LLMs.
- Production experience with LLMs, debugging, performance management, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work with multimodal data (structured and unstructured).
- Familiarity with data warehouses.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
