Maintenance Technician - Cottages at South Hampton

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets the company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. The role entails completing assigned work orders, routine upkeep, and preparing vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent
• Current Valid Driver's License
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
