Maintenance Supervisor - Jacksonville, FL

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1-3 years of supervisor experience
• 2-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent
• Current Valid Driver's License
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• Certified Pool Operator or a Certified Spa and Pool Operator certificate
