Outpatient Therapist

The Outpatient Therapist will provide assessment, planning, and implementation of treatment for clients in an outpatient/substance abuse program. The Therapist will provide individual, group, and family therapy, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in a Human Services or related field from an accredited university
• Hold or be eligible for a clinical KY Masters-level licensure (CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP, LMFT, CADC, or LCADC)
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to change in schedules and work environment
