Crisis Services Director

The Crisis Services Director is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of crisis response services. This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of Ramey-Estep/Re-group clients, supporting the agency's mission and code of ethics, and coordinating with various external agencies to ensure efficient responses. The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to trauma-informed care.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in a clinical field (social work, counseling, or psychology).
• 3+ years’ experience supervising staffing and programming.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s License and insurability.
• Eligible for a TB skin test or other documentation
