Projektdirektør – Broer, bygværker og bane

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious project director who can lead some of Denmark's most complex and profiled projects in the field of bridges, large constructions, and railways.

Requirements

• Relevant higher education, e.g. civil engineer or building engineer
• Solid experience with delivering large bridges, constructions, and/or railway projects, preferably at program or portfolio level
• In-depth understanding of construction design, execution methods, and the interplay between design and execution
• Strong knowledge of legislation, standards, and cooperation forms within infrastructure and railways
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as fluent Danish and English
• A strategic approach, commercial understanding, and willingness to make complex decisions
• Leadership skills: sets ambitious goals, engages others, works purposefully for technical quality, innovation, and safety, builds trusting teams, develops future leaders
