Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service real estate management company seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, amenities, and curb appeal of their property, The Jewel at Santa Rosa Beach. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- CPO preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
