IT System Engineer (m/w/d)

We are seeking an IT System Engineer to join our 450-strong team in Dortmund, Germany. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in operating, administering, and developing complex IT system landscapes. The role involves designing and developing IT system architectures, implementing and configuring IT systems, and ensuring the security and reliability of the IT infrastructure.

Requirements

• Several years of practical experience in operating, administering, and developing complex IT system landscapes
• Completed IT education (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker) or a comparable study
• In-depth technical knowledge of IT systems, network technologies, and software solutions (in particular Microsoft technology)
• Problem-solving competence and ability to effectively diagnose and resolve technical problems
• Communication skills and ability to clear and effectively communicate technical information to non-experts
• Basic English skills and secure knowledge of the English language for professional exchange and cooperation with international IT colleagues
• Analytical skills and competence in analyzing system requirements and developing suitable solutions
• Project management skills and experience in planning and implementing IT projects
• Team skills and flexibility to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing technologies and requirements
