We are hiring a Programs Director to lead our program delivery and operations across MENA. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, loves solving complex challenges, and can manage multiple teams and programs across the region.
Requirements
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovation, accelerator, and venture programs
- Manage and mentor a team of Program Managers and Associates
- Ensure operational excellence and consistent application of Rainmaking's methodologies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and startups
- Drive regional deployments and represent Rainmaking at ecosystem events
- Contribute to business development through program design and proposal support
- Own your business unit P&L
