As Sales Operations Manager, you will be the operational and commercial backbone of the Sales organization, ensuring efficient and consistent sales activities, deal stages, and contractual processes. You will enable the Head of Sales and the Sales team to focus on customer-facing activities by owning processes, CRM quality, contract management, and commercial governance.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Commercial Operations, or Inside Sales within a B2B SaaS or software environment.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, contract management, and commercial governance.
- Highly structured, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs, identify deviations, and steer corrective actions.
- Confident working with CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a strong plus.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and hierarchy levels.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
