Job Description
Rag & bone is seeking a Sales Supervisor to maintain sales goals, uphold company guidelines, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role involves leading a team, managing client interactions, and contributing to a positive store atmosphere. The Sales Supervisor will act as a model for store associates and be expected to consistently deliver on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Display best-in-class customer service techniques
- Meet store and metric goals
- Understand and exemplify the rag & bone brand philosophy
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of all policy and procedures
- Accurately process Point of Sale transactions
- Appropriately diffuse conflict with all members of the team
- Assist in tracking, monitoring and communication of business results
- Model and teach store associates to support a positive client-centric environment
