Job Description
Radias Health is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner Float to provide support, rehabilitation, and treatment to individuals served in various programs. This role involves case management, residential services, and psychiatric rehabilitation, requiring a variety of schedules and a dedicated approach to providing compassionate care. Fluency with emergency support plans is desirable.
Requirements
- Develop and implement the treatment plan based on assessment and supervisor approval.
- Provide direct services to clients, including education, skill development, and psychiatric rehabilitation.
- Collaborate with family members and other involved parties.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Transport clients appropriately.
