Kitchen Manager

RADIAS Health is hiring a full-time Kitchen Manager to work onsite at our ReEntry House Crisis Stabilization Program located in Minneapolis. The role involves managing the kitchen, preparing meals, maintaining cleanliness, and monitoring the budget. This position provides professional services to clients and is responsible for monitoring and managing the budget related to the food and supplies needed.

Requirements

• Experience in all aspects of running a commercial kitchen including: menu planning, ordering and inventory control, food preparation/storage
• Familiar with appropriate state and local regulations for commercial kitchen operations
• Food service license and/or serve safe certificate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide courteous and respectful care to all clients
