Case Manager - Waivered Services

We are hiring a full-time Waivered Services Case Manager to assist clients on a waiver to access needed services, provide ongoing monitoring, and serve as an advocate for the client.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related field
• Must have car, auto insurance and driver's license
• One year of experience as a social worker, case manager or care coordinator
