Requirements
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or adjacent fields, with 5+ years leading RevOps at high-growth B2B SaaS.
- Proven success building and scaling RevOps foundations like planning, forecasting, process design, data/BI, and enablement for predictable growth.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS unit economics and GTM funnel dynamics across net-new and expansion.
- Advanced analytical rigor, including forecasting, cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, conversion optimization, and exec-level reporting.
- Tech stack leadership - CRM governance and data quality (HubSpot preferred), marketing automation, data pipelines/warehouse, and BI tooling.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication to align executive stakeholders and drive clarity in complex, ambiguous environments.
- A builder’s mindset with operational depth capable of turning complexity into scalable systems that teams trust and adopt.
