Job Description
Rad AI is seeking an Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of their software solutions to radiology practices and health systems. The role involves planning, monitoring, and managing complex projects, working with product and engineering teams, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Rad AI is a rapidly growing AI-powered healthcare company that is revolutionizing radiology with a world-class team.
Requirements
- At least 2 plus years of relevant project management, implementation management, or similar client-facing experience
- Strong project planning and execution skills, including timeline, scope, and risk management
- Prior experience with radiology workflows and/or healthcare IT
- Prior experience with HL7, FHIR, and EHRs
- Excellent people/relationship management and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management tools
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
