UX Designer

RACV is seeking a UX Designer to join their newly formed Group Design Practice. The successful candidate will design elegant end-to-end experiences, solve complex problems through insight-driven design, and elevate the UX craft across the organisation.

Requirements

• 2+ years' experience in UX Design (or equivalent digital/design experience)
• Experience with tools such as Figma, Askable, or Optimal Workshop
• Tertiary qualification in Design, HCI, Digital Communications, Psychology or similar fields
• Portfolio demonstrating UX process, research, design execution and problem solving
