Job Description
The Backup & Storage Engineer is responsible for providing high-level technical support to Rackspace-customers, identifying root causes of problems, and maintaining a customer’s environment on various platforms. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosis, and administration of customer setups, loyalty building, and ensuring the stability and security of the customer's environment.
