Café / Restaurant Manager

RAC Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort is seeking an experienced Café / Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the busy restaurant and café. The role involves managing staffing, quality of food and beverage service, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management (or a closely related field)
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Café/Restaurant Manager (or in a similar management role)
• Proven ability to manage a team in a busy hospitality environment
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations and customer service
• Knowledge of budgeting, stock control, and rostering
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
