We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized QC Associate to join our manufacturing team at R2Net, a diamond bridal jewelry company with a technology soul. The ideal candidate has mid-process jewelry manufacturing quality control experience and a keen eye for detail.
Requirements
- Understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- GED or equivalent high school diploma.
- Previous experience in Quality Control, particularly in a Jewelry Manufacturing company required.
- Ability to use a variety of tools and instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, gemstone gauges, and magnification devices, to perform precise measurements and inspections.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to propose improvement processes and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams within production.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Computer fluency including Microsoft office products.
