Job Description
As a Part Time Patient Customer Service Representative at R1 RCM Inc., you'll work to help patients check into the hospital, providing excellent customer service and collecting information accurately and quickly. You'll need to be a confident multi-tasker who is a quick study with technology and can type and answer phones. This is a fast-paced environment, often on your feet assisting patients complete their registration.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
