Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team, responsible for day-to-day operations, people management, performance management, and report generation.

Requirements

• Establishes and assures compliance with departmental policies and procedures
• Manages a team of 80-100 people
• Expertise in denial management, Federal and Commercial payor mix, and Medicare, Medicaid & ICD & CPT codes
• Good analytical skills, proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with US clients and manage escalations
