Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration, you will work to help patients check into the hospital, answer questions, and collect information accurately and quickly. You will need to be a confident multi-tasker, a quick study with technology, and able to type and answer phones. You will also need to be prepared to see illness and injuries and pass a background check.
Requirements
