Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration, you will help patients check into the Emergency Department, collect information accurately and quickly, and listen with compassion to address their fears, concerns, and questions. You will work in a fast-paced environment, often on your feet, and be prepared to see illness and injuries.
