Job Description
The HR Operations team is a strategic partner to HR and helps deliver best in class HR operations delivery. The position serves for Onboarding, Offboarding, Workday assistance, approvals and validations and query resolution to R1 employees.
Requirements
- Perform & supervise various administrative & specialized HR Operations tasks on Workday from hire to retire
- Ensure validation and timely approval of activities related to employee life cycle in Workday (HRMS)
- Participate in Workday design sessions, configuration, UAT and rollout
- E2E responsibility of Background Verification completion by vendor
- Represent HR Operations in weekly handshake session and new hire orientation sessions
- Regular governance with supplier and key stakeholders in HR
- MIS and decipher meaningful information to assist management decision making
- Ensure adherence to SOP by direct reports, vendors, employees & manage escalation
- Point of contact for the location related compliance
