AR Follow Up

R1 RCM India is a healthcare revenue cycle management services company that aims to make healthcare simpler and more efficient. The AR Follow Up role is responsible for following up with payers to check claim status, identify denial reasons, and work on resolution.

Requirements

• Follow up with payer to check on claim status
• Identify denial reason and work on resolution
• Save claim from getting written off by timely following up
• Sound knowledge of working on Billing scrubbers and making edits
• Work on Contractual adjustments & write off projects
• Good Cash collected/Resolution Rate
• Good calling skills, probing skills and denials understanding
• Work in all shifts on a rotational basis
