Diesel Mechanic

Diesel Mechanic position available at R+L Carriers in West Columbia, SC. Earn up to $34.25/hr and enjoy excellent benefits package, including employee resorts. Responsible for day-to-day equipment maintenance on fleet equipment, including preventative maintenance and minor to major repairs.

Requirements

• Experience in preventive maintenance and repairs on diesel engines
• Must be able to handle major repairs
• Experience with AC and Electrical
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Must have own tools
• 2+ Years of Diesel Mechanic experience preferred
• Experience in preventive maintenance of Cummins & Detroit engines
• Experience using Cetaris used for work orders
• Class A CDL holder
• Experience driving Class 8 commercial trucks
• Experience in Trailer PMs and repairs
