Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 years of relevant painting experience
- Mechanical and technical concepts understanding
- Ability to operate overhead cranes, forklifts, hand trucks, aerial lifts, and painting machinery
- Strong understanding of coating application methods
- Proficiency in measurement tools (rulers, tape measures, micrometers)
- Basic math skills (fractions)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
