Requirements
- Business fluent in German
- Consulting experience in retail strategy or transformation, or experience in retail operations or programme management at a leading retailer
- Ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders
- Practical approach and comfort taking ownership
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to align different groups
- Experience managing multiple complex projects at the same time
- Confidence working with large datasets and using tools such as Excel or Alteryx or SQL
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Drive, ownership and a growth mindset
