Job Description
Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide equipment and services to patients, care groups, and referral sources. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, verifying orders, and ensuring accurate billing processes. CSSs will interact with customers and work in partnership with their supervisors to deliver excellent customer experience and smooth operations within the medical equipment industry.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Proficient general office skills (typing, computer, fax, filing)
- Neat personal appearance and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills with capacity to make independent decisions
- Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing or bookkeeping experience preferred
