Job Description
The Senior RPA Developer will guide process design, develop and test automation workflows, deploy RPA components, and support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions. They will work with stakeholders to define business needs, collaborate with development team, and troubleshoot issues. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- UiPath or Appian RPA certification is a plus
- Solid knowledge of RPA best practices and development methodologies
- Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) often preferred
- Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning
- Experience with workflow design, data manipulation, and integration with external systems
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
- Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects
- Experience developing and consuming APIs
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, including at least 4 years in RPA development using UiPath or Appian RPA
