Job Description
This IT Infrastructure Engineer role supports the deployment, maintenance, development, and use of the infrastructure environment. The role involves incident management, change control, release management, documentation, monitoring, and solution development. They need to contribute to all aspects of IT operations and contribute to improving service quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
- Ability to resolve technical problems and innovate more efficient use of IT resources
- 6 months of experience with IBM AS400
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule (24x7 support)
