• Tracking the project status and report to Client and Internal Management
• Managing tasks, milestones, and goals
• Delivering projects on time and on budget
• Ensuring customers' satisfaction from project initiation until project closure
• Optimizing utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed quality and scope
• Identifying, monitoring, and managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans
• Leading the overall delivery management of each project under the managed portfolio ensuring such are delivered on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.
