Manager, Software Engineering

Questrade Financial Group is a fintech company that provides securities and foreign currency investment, professionally managed investment portfolios, mortgages, real estate services, financial services, and more. We are seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a complex technology portfolio and drive innovation in our Brokerage Technology group.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in back end technologies with 3+ years in people management
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent directly related work experience in Computer Science or Engineering
• Digital financial services experience is highly preferred
• Experience in enterprise-grade solutioning is highly desirable
