We’re looking for a curious, ambitious, and hands-on researcher to join us as a PhD candidate in CVD Diamond Growth. This is your chance to dive deep into the science and engineering of synthetic diamond materials that power the next generation of quantum technologies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Physics, Physical Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
- Strong background in experimental research, preferably in thin-film deposition, plasma physics, or crystal growth
- Interest or experience in CVD processes, vacuum systems, or quantum materials
- Ability to work independently in a laboratory environment with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data evaluation and experimental design
- Motivation to contribute to high-impact semiconductor and quantum technology development
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
