UAV-Trainer und Drohnenpilot (m/f/d)

We are seeking a UAV-Trainer and Drone Pilot to join our team. As a UAS Training Instructor, you will play a crucial role in training, demonstrations, and documentation. Your expertise and performance as an instructor are essential to ensure that our customers can safely and competently operate the UAVs from Quantum-Systems.

Requirements

• Military, police, or intelligence background with experience in foreign deployment
• Ability to plan, conduct, and evaluate training for customers from security-relevant operational forces and institutions
• Experience in handling fixed-wing UAS, preferably eVTOL systems
• High motivation, responsibility, and professional presence in front of demanding audiences
• Willingness to travel worldwide to countries with challenging climatic, political, or infrastructural conditions
• Experience in training military forces and/or law enforcement agencies, ideally in an international and intercultural context
• Native-level German and English proficiency
