IT Support (m/f/d)

As an IT Support in QuantCo's Berlin office, you will ensure colleagues can work productively by keeping IT systems updated and resolving IT issues. You will work closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Talent Operations team to improve outdated infrastructure and processes.

Requirements

• Enrolment in a technically-oriented degree (BA or MA)
• Proficient knowledge of Windows, and/or other operating systems and office solutions
• First experience with tools/platforms for managing tasks and projects
• Excellent oral and written skills in German and English
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Hands-on approach and proactive service orientation
