Job Description
Taylor’s Construction, Inc. is seeking experienced Coax Splicers to install, splice, test, and maintain coaxial cable for telecommunications systems. This role supports broadband and hybrid fiber-coax (HFC) networks, requiring technical expertise and field readiness. The company delivers robust connectivity solutions and focuses on innovation in communication technology.
Requirements
- 2+ years of coaxial splicing or cable construction experience
- Knowledge of signal levels, sweep balancing, and RF troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency with coaxial test equipment, such as signal meters and sweep gear
- Ability to climb poles, operate bucket trucks, and perform aerial coaxial work safely
- Familiarity with fiber-to-coax integration, preferred
- Willingness to work outdoors, travel between job sites, and work flexible hours
