Job Description
Care Coordinator, Registered Nurse plays a vital role within a busy pediatric pulmonology practice, supporting patients and families through proactive care coordination, clinical expertise, and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (State-specific or Compact)
- BSN a major plus
- Experience in pediatrics or pulmonology strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of respiratory conditions, therapies, and equipment
- Proficiency with Epic EMR (required)
- Experience with biologic medication management and prior authorizations preferred
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate complex care needs in a fast-paced clinical environment
