Job Description
Qualified is an AI Pipeline Generation platform for B2B companies, working with Salesforce and leveraging AI to accelerate lead generation. The Software Engineer on the Product Team will build internal tools to support customer success, streamline workflows, and deliver impactful solutions. The role requires a collaborative and iterative approach, focusing on problem-solving and scalable implementation.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Full Stack software development
- Experience with programming languages such as Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies
- Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and basic system architecture
- Experience using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) programmatically for developing applications is a plus
- Experience working with SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
- Strong problem-solving mindset
